Shipping times:

• Shipping times are separate from processing times, you have several delivery methods to choose from at checkout.
• Please note that while we have control over things on our end, we are still at the mercy of Post Man Pat after your order leaves us, so any unexpected delays in transit are out of our control.

Processing times:

• Banners are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Backdrops are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• T-shirts are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
• Mugs are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Returns and Exchanges:

• All Items are made-to-order.
• Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept return or exchange
• We do not provide returns or exchanges for 'change of mind' / Wrong size / Wrong colour etc...

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
• To be eligible for a refund due to damaged or defective products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
• Please contact us at hello@littleweirdo.world If your purchase is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  
  Refunds
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:

• Customers have 2 hours from order placement to contact us to make any changes to their order or to cancel.
• After this time we are unable to cancel or edit an order.
